By accessing and using the On-Site Alloys website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

On-Site Alloys provides mobile alloy wheel refurbishment, repairs, and related services across Yorkshire. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the wheel's condition upon arrival.

3. Bookings and Quotes

Quotes provided via phone, email, or social media are estimates based on the information and images provided. The final price may vary if additional damage is discovered upon physical inspection.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Our refurbishment services come with a guarantee against flaking or peeling under normal driving conditions. This does not cover subsequent kerb damage, stone chips, or use of harsh chemical cleaners.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care with your vehicle, On-Site Alloys is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our specific refurbishment work.
